Refund and Returns Policy

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

A Dad Thing is committed to a 3-step quality control process for each item shipped. If a product is accidentally mislabeled or damaged during shipment, we will provide a free replacement and free shipping. Please reach out to us at hello@adadthing.com to inform us of the issue within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide a detailed description, and include quality images of both the product and outer packaging that illustrate the issue and damage. We will be happy to assist you promptly. Your mislabeled or damaged return must be authorized in writing by A Dad Thing customer service in order to qualify for a refund of the purchase price. We must be advised of the issue within 10 days of order delivery.

IF YOUR ORDER FAILED TO DELIVER:

Please double-check your address to ensure it can receive deliveries and deliveries without a signature, as well as your tracking number. A Dad Thing is not responsible for non-delivery due to customer error or if items cannot be delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of order. If a non-deliverable item is sent back to our shipping facility by the carrier, it will be available for reshipment for up to 21 days, and a standard re-shipping rate will apply. Customers are responsible for communicating with the carrier and must advise A Dad Thing of both tracking and facility-return confirmations. If a package is delivered back to our facility based on our error or carrier error, A Dad Thing will cover the cost of re-shipment of that particular item.

BUYER’S REMORSE / ITEMS NO LONGER WANTED OR NEEDED:

All items are custom made, just for you. As such, we do not offer size exchanges, as an entirely new product would need to be custom made. A Dad Thing will accept returns due to buyer’s remorse less a 40% stocking fee + original cost of shipping under the following terms:

Notify A Dad Thing at hello@adadthing.com within 7 days of delivery. Ensure the product is returned to the return address on your package’s shipping label within 14 days of delivery. If you did not retain your packaging, please contact us at hello@adadthing.com to obtain the correct return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and tracking via a carrier of choice. A Dad Thing is not responsible for lost or non-deliverable return shipments. All returns must be clean and unworn and returned in original packaging or comparable protective packaging.
